All surgical prices published on this website are surgeon's fees. They are guide prices and are confirmed by the written quotation described in section 12.

Included
The surgeon’s fee covers
- The surgical procedure performed by your surgeon.
- Pre-operative and post-operative clinical photography, which forms part of your confidential medical record.
- The post-operative consultations set out in section 21.
- For blepharoplasty and brow lift surgery, the surgeon's fee includes 3 post-operative consultations, usually spaced at one week and then over 3-6 months. These may be in person or virtual, and their precise timing may vary according to clinical need.
Charged separately
It does not cover
- Hospital and facility charges.
- Anaesthetist fees.
- VAT, where payable, as set out in section 11.
- Pre-operative blood tests, ECG, imaging or other diagnostic investigations, and any remedial treatment arising from their results.
- Prescription medication before or after surgery, including antibiotics in the event of a post-operative infection.
- Histology fees and specialist referrals.
- Overnight stay, where required.
- Optional sedation.
- Optional post-operative products, including scar-care products.
- Any travel, accommodation, time off work or loss of earnings for you or anyone accompanying you.
- Any further procedures you elect to have to revise, optimise or complete your outcome, as set out in section 22.
Paying for surgery
Quotation, deposit, follow-ups and revision
- Where the quotation is accepted, the fees in it are held for 90 days from the date of issue.
- A deposit of 10% of the quote is required to reserve a date on an operating list. Until a deposit is received we cannot guarantee that your preferred date will remain available.
- The balance is payable in full after that period has elapsed and no later than 28 days before the scheduled procedure date.
- In accordance with the General Medical Council's guidance for doctors who offer cosmetic interventions, you are given a period of 14 days from your initial consultation with the operating surgeon to reflect before proceeding.
- Any additional consultations are charged at the standard follow-up rate.
- Where revision surgery is undertaken, the surgeon's fee, anaesthetist fee and hospital charges for that procedure are payable by the patient unless otherwise agreed in writing.
