You should not have this treatment if you…

It's an animal product, so it's not suitable for vegetarians, vegans or those with fish allergies. It's also not appropriate for use during pregnancy, or whilst breastfeeding. We ask that you do not have any alcohol in your system for at least 24 hours, as injections can cause bruising.

What should I expect?

First, we take your photo, in order to give you a comparison for before and after your treatment. The team then applies a topical anaesthetic and leaves it to numb your eyelid skin for 10-20 minutes. The treatment usually takes less than 15 minutes and you can usually see an initial result immediately, however the treatment may cause swelling and bruising. If you have a pigment problem with your under-eyes as well as a tear trough deficiency, you will need a bespoke skincare regime to reduce this pigmentation too.
