Dr. Janine

Dr. Janine Rothburn is a highly-skilled, advanced Aesthetic Doctor and Dental Surgeon (GDC number: 271191) who has been an aesthetic practitioner since 2018, and part of Dr. Sabrina’s team at Harley Street since 2021. She loves teaching and is a mentor at Harley Academy since 2020.

Apart from an extensive knowledge of face and neck anatomy, and has been trained by Dr. Sabrina in her specialist methods of facial assessment and aesthetic injectable techniques.

In addition she has been trained in facial ultrasonography to offer vascular mapping and targeted dissolving of facial fillers.

She brings a holistic approach to patient care, in addition to specialist expertise in assessment of the perioral area, whilst creating natural and subtle results, with an artistic flair.

Dr. Janine provides the highest standard and quality of care to all our patients, ensuring a friendly, caring and safe experience.

Like Dr. Sabrina, she believes in customised treatments to ensure that balanced results are achieved, leaving patients feeling naturally rejuvenated and refreshed.

Dr Rosa Santa Cruz

Dr Rosa Santa Cruz is a longstanding Harley Street based Consultant Surgeon with an entry on the Specialist Register for General Surgery (GMC number: 7441197), who mainly specialises in aesthetic and regenerative medicine.

Dr Santa Cruz MD thesis was awarded for original research in computerised morphometry of breast cancer, and she has published papers regarding thyroid conditions, pulmonary fibrosis and predictions of post-operative outcomes. Her background also includes a PhD in Natural Sciences, a doctorate in Forensic Sciences with a thesis in rare genetic conditions and working abroad (USA, Italy and Spain).
She has worked at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, and at Watford General Hospital, in London.

Like Dr Sabrina she shares the same passion and dedication for innovation and bespoke medical therapies and treatments designed to deliver the safest, least painful and most effective outcomes to their patients, always with the minimal possible downtime.
Regenerative Medicine is Dr Rosa’s main professional interest and focus. PRP, i-PRF, Microvescicles, Exosomes, Stem Cells and derivates, Polynucleotides.

Irvana Level 4 Laser-Qualified Beauty Therapist.

Is a dynamic, high performing level 4 laser qualified beauty therapist with 17 years of experience in luxury department stores and boutique beauty clinics.

Having previously worked with some of the industry’s leading skincare brands,Irvana joined the team in 2024, bringing on board a friendly, pro-active and hands-on-approach.

Additionally, Irvana can deploy the latest treatments and innovative techniques to the high standards required to deliver clients satisfaction.

Lisa

Lisa is our Group Operations Manager.

She has been part of the team since 2021 and is Dr. Sabrina’s right hand.
She efficiently overseas the practice, manages the team, patient concerns and CQC documentation required – which is a mammoth task!

Apart from ensuring the smooth running of the Clinic, she also manages Dr Sabrina’s OFAA training courses and the Dr Sabrina Dark Circle Corrector supply chain.

She always greets our patients and the team with a smile and is ever willing to help.

Fun Fact – Loves India and Dubai.

Mary

Mary joined our team in July 2024 as our Patient Services Coordinator. She enjoys speaking with new and existing patients, helping to arrange appointments, and addressing any requests they may have.

She manages Dr. Sabrina’s, Dr. Janine’s & Dr Michelle’s consultation and treatment diaries and is committed to ensuring every patient feels welcome and taken care of from the moment they reach out to us.

Fun Fact – Bali is her favourite travel spot

Mojdeh

Mojdeh joined our team in October 2024 as our Surgical Coordinator and Patient Educator where she ensures every patient’s journey is smooth, supportive, and well-informed.

With a background in Biomedical Sciences and over a decade in patient-centred roles, she is adept at guiding patients through their surgical journeys, ensuring seamless experiences from initial consultation to post-operative care.

Known for her professionalism and warm, approachable demeanour, Mojdeh is dedicated to guiding patients through each stage of their aesthetic or surgical care, addressing their questions and making them feel comfortable and confident.

Fun Fact: Mojdeh loves exercising and planning her next travel escape!

Mali

Mali joined Perfect Skin Studios as our Clinic Coordinator in 2024, bringing with her years of valuable experience working on luxury superyachts and office management in London.

With a background in providing exceptional service, she enjoys creating personalised experiences and building lasting relationships with our clients. As our Clinic Coordinator, she manages the day-to-day operations of the clinic; ensuring smooth scheduling, and overseeing patient care from the first point of contact to their treatment experience.

Fun Fact**:** Although she has travelled all over the world on superyachts, there’s nowhere she enjoys more than home, in Wales, up in the mountains or by the sea.
