What is Sofwave™ Treatment?

Treatment Work?
Sofwave™ does not require any invasive procedures. During the treatment, a specialised handheld device is applied to the area being treated. Dr. Sabrina’s team will use ultrasonic energy to penetrate deep layers of the skin and stimulate the production of new collagen and elastin. Sofwave is a very effective treatment that can produce noticeable results after just one session. Is Sofwave safe?
Yes, it is completely safe and has been approved by the FDA for skin tightening.
When will I notice the results?
The results will appear natural immediately after the treatment, but it will take 3-6 months to see the final results. Some individuals may require a second treatment after 6 months to enhance the outcomes. In an FDA study, 70-80% of patients experienced visible skin tightening results, and 80% observed a 2-4 mm lift in eyebrow height.
What is the downtime?
There is no downtime. You may experience some mild, localised swelling or tenderness, but it usually goes away quickly, just like with any other aesthetic treatment.

Can Sofwave be used around the eyes?

What are the risks with Sofwave?
Sofwave uses high-frequency ultrasound waves to improve the skin by boosting collagen production. Is Sofwave treatment painful?
Before the procedure, a numbing cream is applied to the area for about an hour to reduce any pain during the procedure. You might feel a little uncomfortable as your skin starts to tighten, but it’s temporary. Some discomfort might last for about an hour after the treatment, but it goes away quickly.
